You can do this by keeping your metabolism sped up by spreading calories over the day, regular physical activity, and not skipping meals or following a diet too low in calories. This will allow you to lose weight safely.

Diets that make you lose weight rapidly also tend to be strict and lack basic nutrition that is needed by the body. Diet pills can also be harmful. For this reason, fad diets and diet pills aren’t a good way to lose weight.

Diets that provide less than 800 calories per day also could result in heart rhythm abnormalities, which can be fatal.
